About the Role
We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to join our team and provide administrative support for our European clients. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for handling various tasks and responsibilities including scheduling appointments, managing emails, conducting research, and providing general administrative support.
The ideal candidate must be located in Oman or UAE, be fluent in English and French, Spanish, or German, have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role, and be comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Conducting research on various topics
- Responding to emails and handling correspondence
-Providing general administrative support
- Maintaining records and databases
- Handling other tasks as assigned
Requirements
Located in Oman or UAE
Fluent in English and French, Spanish, or German
Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
