About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should be based in Germany or Austria, fluent in both English and German, and with the flexibility to work remotely.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients in the German market, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand business with clients, upsell and cross-sell products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competition, and provide insights to support business growth strategies.
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, sales or customer service, with a focus on the German market.

  • Fluent in both English and German.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

  • Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently.

  • Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection.
