About the Role
We are a leading e-learning company looking for an experienced e-learning developer to join our team. As an e-learning developer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and interactive e-learning courses for our clients in the European market. The successful candidate must be based in Europe, fluent in English and at least one of French, German, or Spanish, and have a minimum of two years of experience in e-learning development.
Responsibilities:
- Develop engaging and interactive e-learning courses that meet client specifications and industry standards
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop content for e-learning courses
- Use e-learning authoring tools to develop course content, including multimedia assets and assessments
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure courses meet client expectations and are error-free
- Communicate with clients and project managers throughout the development process to ensure deadlines and project milestones are met
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-learning development
Requirements
Minimum of two years of experience in e-learning development
Fluency in English and at least one of French, German, or Spanish
Strong knowledge of e-learning authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar software
Experience developing courses for various industries and subject areas
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
This is a fully remote position, and the successful candidate must have a reliable internet connection and be available to work during standard European business hours.
