About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our team for the MENA market. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Salesforce platform, ensuring it is configured optimally to support our business processes and objectives.
Location: Fully remote, applicant must be based in Oman or UAE.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
- Minimum two years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and administration.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
- Experience with data management and reporting in Salesforce.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Requirements
Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform for our MENA market.
Configure Salesforce to support business processes and objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement changes.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights and track key metrics.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity within Salesforce.
Provide support and training to end-users as needed.
Stay up-to-date with Salesforce best practices and new features.
