About the Role
We are currently seeking experienced Technical Support Agents to join our team and provide top-notch customer service to our clients in the European market. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support, be based in Europe, and be fluent in English and German.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat and provide technical assistance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, or network connectivity.
- Document all customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as developers, product managers, and sales teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Continuously expand knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or similar role.
Fluent in English and German.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with CRM software and ticketing systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
