About the Role
We are looking for experienced Technical Support Agents to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients in the French market. As a Technical Support Agent, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and providing solutions to technical issues they may encounter. The ideal candidate must be located in Oman or UAE, have a minimum of two years of experience in technical support, and be fluent in both French and English.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to our products and services.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience.
- Document customer interactions and escalate issues as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on product updates and changes to be able to assist customers effectively.
Must be located in Oman or UAE.
Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
Minimum of two years of experience in technical support.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Familiarity with remote desktop applications, ticketing systems, and other support tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
